introduces the HDPG color video pattern generator for HDTV. The HDPG is
a value priced and full-featured multi-resolution color video pattern
generator. The HDPG has preset
and downloadable patterns as well as an internal multi-format sync generator.
The HDPG provides test patterns for all the HDTV popular
digital video formats. Its compact 2U chassis features a four line LCD
that provides quick access to all its advanced functions. The HDPG’s HDTV
outputs include 720p, 1080i, 1080 24p, 24sf, 480p, 1080/50 and 1080/47.95
formats.
The HDPG features internal patterns that include special
3-2 cadence patterns for checking the 3-2 cadence processing in your entire
facility. Color bars, gray bars
and black. It also features horizontal and vertical sweeps and patterns,
color ramps and custom charts. In addition, custom JPEG image files can
be downloaded from any computer via RS-232 to the HD-30pg's internal RAM.
